Contribute to MR pulse sequence development in the MR business, working with an international team of software developers to innovate and improve the MR products.
Business Unit Magnetic Resonance (MR) which is a leading supplier for diagnostic imaging technology in hospitals. This business unit is responsible for marketing, product development and lifecycle management of the whole radiology portfolio, including 3T, 1.5T High/Mid/Value performance, and 7T Research MRI systems.
The MR R&D Methods and Recon department works in close corporation with the other R&D departments and Marketing and Service organizations in order to develop and improve the Philips MR products. The department has a global footprint with sites in Europe and Asia.
The team is multi-disciplinary, including MR physicists, biomedical engineers, and software engineers. There is broad experience in MR imaging and spectroscopy in the clinical radiology environment, with strong focus on developing robust sequences which work every time, for every patient – first time right.
